I know this year is only two months old and it might be too soon to talk about my favorite books of the year. But, I’m going to go out on a limb and say The Sense of an Ending will probably be in my list of Top Books Read in 2012.
This book made me reach back and think about my life and my memories. It also made me go back and read quite a few sections over a second time. This small book (only 163 pages) is packed with incredible writing. Come over to Quirky Girls Read and check out my review.

I already read your review and now I want to read the book.
Loved this book, heading over to your review now.
This was one of the best books I’ve read in a long time. I’m so glad you enjoyed it too.
Guess I’m going to be odd-man-out here. This was the first book I bought for my nook and I was so anxious to read it, but I was so disappointed. I’ll agree it made me think a bit about how we treat others and things we say in anger and then forget – never knowing the potential they have to hurt or change lives. However, I just did not enjoy the book itself. Glad you had a better experience.
With that type of recommendation I must read this one!
Great reason. I prefer to see clearly IMDB
My book club is reading this one this year and I just can’t wait to read it! I have to wait until October to do it though!
I’ll hop over soon.
