That’s a great mix of challenges. I hope you’ll consider my 451 list! I loved the 17th & 18th century challenge last year, but I’m skipping it this year to read some of the men! Good luck with everything!

Hi Margot — I love reading about your challenges! And I like the idea of keeping better records of what you read; that is something I’ve played at doing over the years and never really figured out a good way. I was reading about the Support Your Local Library challenge and I think that is the one (and only) that I will try to figure out how to do.

As one who does not commit to challenges, I’m amazed that so many people do. I have enough trouble just reading a fraction of the books I’d like to read in a year. And I echo Rhapsody in Books – I hope whoever lived there had a host of maids to clean the place.

I’d almost want to join the 18th and 19th C Women Writers Challenge just so I could post that button on my blog! I love that picture! (but can you imagine having to clean that place?!!)
