I'm glad you enjoyed my story. I've been quite busy with my book launch on Nov. 14 (just posted about it on my blog at Island Writer www.islandwriter.net) and then left that following week for a book tour through Georgia and Alabama. And of course Thanksgiving was Thursday and I had more company. This is a busy time of year to launch a book, but I've loved every minute of it! And thank you to the commenters here. We do have some things in common - not only books and blogging, but also knitting and spinning. It's years actually since I did spinning, but I was very into it for a while and had a spinning wheel, spun quite a lot of wool - mainly with Jacob's Sheep wool. I wasn't very good at it - but I did knit some mittens and a jumper with it. I did try spinning with my dog's hair but it was too soft and silky (she was a Golden Retriever). I lover the cover of that book (it sounds interesting too). We do have some things in common – not only books and blogging, but also knitting and spinning.
