I wanted to start reading this, but I don't know when I would find the time! This week has been crazy. It does sound like fun though.

I really should start reading this novel, especially if I've only missed the first five chapters. I really enjoy the 44 Scotland Street novels, and this sounds quite similar.

I didn't hear about his first serial until it was way too late to catch up. Is this a story that can be picked up without reading the first book?

I just love the idea of reading a serial in the way that it is published, rather than in book form. I would think that would add to the element of suspense.
