I’m in a seaside town along the coast. There are a lot of very expensive houses here that are used primarily as summer homes. My father has worked as a gardener. As a teenager I fell in love with Alex, the son of one the those houses. He broke it off and broke my heart. I’ve concentrated on making a success of my award-winning restaurant. I love good Italian food. But now I hear Alex is back. Whoa, he just walked in the front door.

I read this book and it made me a fan of Susan Wiggs!
Well, it seems to me that “scepticism, sloth, and pessimism” is a small price to pay for a nice big plate of spaghetti! Nice teasers.

Pasta and romance – a wonderful combination. I’ve not read anything by Susan Wiggs yet.
I haven’t read Susan Wiggs books in quite some time, and this one sounds great! I think I’ll go see if I can find a copy.
