Sounds like a really great book!! Have you read any of Terri Blackstock’s books? She writes Christian Fiction. I just finished a series of hers. It’s the Cape Refuge series. Very good books and series! Put me in your drawing please. Have a great day!!

I’m very particular about Christian fiction–I don’t like the “pop” Christian books. But when it’s well-done…(like Gilead)…nothing is better. I’d love to give this one a try.

I love your book review. This type of book appeals to me also. I love books where you can really see the character of the man…his heart. That’s why I love the Mitford series by Jan Karron so much. Those books touch my heart and enlarge my faith.
